Terms and Conditions
1. Needspages retains full editorial control over the content of this web site. Needspages reserves the right to remove or amend any entries without giving prior notice for any reason whatsoever.
 
2. (a) A registered company can advertise on this web site under the service or client service categories and use all the other services on this web site for free. Only companies that undertake services in the construction industry or associated trades will be accepted into these categories. Needspages have no plans at present to charge for this service, but reserve the right to change this policy in the future giving two months notice in writing to the registered companies.

(b) A registered company can advertise on this web site under the product supplier category (merchants, plant hire and wholesalers sub category see clause (C) below) and use all the other standard services on this web site free once they have paid the annual registration fee. The annual registration fee for the year beginning 1st August 2001 will be £140 plus VAT. Companies that register in more than one category will be changed an extra £15 plus VAT for every extra category they are registered in.

(c) A registered company can advertise on this web site under the "merchants, plant hire and wholesaler" category and use all the other standard services on this web site for free once they have paid the annual registration fee. The annual registration fee for the year beginning 1st August 2001 will be £65 plus VAT for listing in the products section sub category "merchants, plant hire and wholesalers" and one listing in the "local supplier" section. Companies with more than one branch can add these extra branches to the "local supplier" section. Such extra branches will be charged at £20 each plus VAT per annum.
 
3. Users and Registered companies indemnify fully Needspages against any actions that may be forthcoming from third parties due to content that the user or registered company has placed on this web site.
 
4. Needspages makes no warranty and disclaims all liability of any data or information you may obtain from this web site, including any consequence of acting upon such information. Needspages advise you to verify the accuracy of any information found on this web site.
 
5. You will find links on this web site to other web sites. Needspages does not accept liability for any of the content of any other web sites.
 
6. Needspages do not accept liability for the content of any emails sent via buildersneeds.com. Needspages recommend that all emails should be virus checked with up to date virus software before they are opened.
